Eligibility

ou have to be over 18years of age or over to participate.

You have to be a university student.

You must have registered for the hackathon on Bevy page.

Your submission must have met all the submission criteria.

Project and Submission Requirements

  • The submissions should come in no later than 8:00 am EAT on Friday. The site will not accept any more submissions past 8 am.
  • All submissions should be sent via Devpost.
  • All team submissions should be complete, in that they should be made up of the 2 items (proposal and pitch) and the proposal should contain all of the outlined 7 segments.

Prizes

The 1st Prize winners in each category will receive a glass pluck, a gift hamper

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

The submissions are going to be judged and points awarded based on their;

  1. Innovativeness (25%)
  2. Practicality (20%)
  3. Sustainability (15%)
  4. Technology (20%)
  5. Presentation (20%)

 

Each team will be judged out of 100 points.

The winning teams in each category will be selected based on the total amount of points that they will have garnered from the judging round.
